PLAGIARISM POLICY

At Visionary Vault: Journal of Innovative Research and Exploration, published under Legitimate Library Publication, we consider plagiarism a serious breach of ethical standards and academic integrity. We are committed to maintaining originality and ensuring that all submissions are free from any form of plagiarism.

Detection Measures:

To uphold this commitment, we utilize plagiarism detection software to screen all submitted manuscripts thoroughly. This helps us identify any potential instances of plagiarism, ensuring the integrity of our publication process.

Responsibility of Authors:

Authors bear the responsibility of ensuring that their manuscripts are entirely original and do not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of others. This includes proper citation and acknowledgement of sources for any borrowed content or ideas.

Consequences of Plagiarism:

Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content will be promptly rejected, and the author(s) will be notified of the violation. In cases where plagiarism is detected post-publication, the journal reserves the right to retract the publication.

Forms of Plagiarism:

Plagiarism encompasses various forms, including:

1. Verbatim copying of another person's work without appropriate citation.

2. Paraphrasing another person's work without proper acknowledgment.

3. Reusing substantial portions of one's own previously published work without proper citation.

4. Submitting a manuscript that has already been published or is under consideration elsewhere.

Self-Plagiarism:

We also consider self-plagiarism a violation of ethical standards. Authors must ensure that their manuscripts present original and novel research findings that have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

Ethical Handling:

In cases where plagiarism is suspected or detected, Visionary Vault adheres to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors will be given an opportunity to respond to allegations, and appropriate actions will be taken, including manuscript rejection, publication retraction, and potential banning from future submissions.
