Abstract : QR codes (Quick Response codes) are now widely used in all sectors to provide fast and easy access to information. Libraries, as hubs of knowledge, have adopted QR codes to improve user experiences, make their operations easy, and provide access to digital materials. This study examines the role of QR codes in modern library services, including their various uses and benefits for both library users and administrators. Different types of QR codes are discussed, including static, dynamic, and specialized formats like Micro QR and rMQR codes. The research shows that QR codes make information more accessible, promote digital literacy, and streamline library management.

Abstract : This research paper investigates the role of libraries in promoting women's empowerment through access to education, resources, and community-building opportunities. Libraries serve as spaces that bridge gender gaps, providing women with the tools to enhance their knowledge, skills, and socio-economic status. This study explores how libraries contribute to the social, educational, and economic empowerment of women, particularly in underprivileged regions. The hypothesis is that libraries, as community-based institutions, play a critical role in enabling women's personal development and societal participation.

Abstract : Water hemlock as remedy has great affinity towards the skin lesion especially case of eczema; remedy is selection on similia similibus curanter based on homoeopathic law of similimum. Here one case of eczema had not responded with modern medicine later which treated with homoeopathic medicine water hemlock 30CH with miraculous result.

Abstract : Social media has revolutionized the way information is accessed, shared, and distributed in libraries. The Government District Library in Anand is using social media to improve services, communicate with users, and build a community. The study aims to investigate user knowledge and use of social media platforms at the library, identifying popular platforms, their reasons for use, and their influence on user engagement and satisfaction. The research will provide insights into the efficiency of social media as a tool for improving library services and offer practical suggestions for using these tools more effectively. The study contributes to the ongoing discussion about the role of social media in modern library services and provides practical suggestions for using these tools to benefit both the library and its users. The study investigates the use of social media sites by library patrons at the Government District Library in Anand, using a survey and questionnaire to gather personal responses.

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to know the current impact of the policy decisions taken by the library committee in the library development of Government Medical College, Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society Medical College, and Municipal Medical College in the state of Gujarat. In this study, a questionnaire containing 9 questions on policy decisions taken by library committees of medical libraries was distributed. A questionnaire was prepared to assess issues such as library collection development, selection, and acquisition, financial planning and availability of funds, library staffing concerns, various library purchases, physical facilities, infrastructural facilities, and policy decisions regarding new library services. And SPS software and MS Excel were used to analyze the collected data.
Opinions were sought on the role of the Library Committee for their policy decisions regarding the development, services and physical facilities of the libraries of Gujarat Government-run Government Medical Colleges, Gujarat Government-run Society Medical Colleges and Municipal Corporation-run Medical College Libraries. Were Library committees were formed in 10 medical college libraries out of these 17 medical college libraries. The responses received from Medical College Libraries were presented here through frequency tables and charts.
The policy decisions of the Library Committee play a very noteworthy role in the development of the library of these medical colleges. Recommendations are made by the researcher that this committee should do better work in the development of the library.
