Abstract : This research paper aims to examine financial behavior of respondents regarding online trading and online banking. This study has a descriptive and analytical research strategy; therefore, a survey method is employed to collect data about internet investment behaviors based on the respondents' demographics. The current study is based on primary data. Chi-square and Weighted Average Methods are used for data analysis and interpretation.  The result show that there is relationship between the age and awareness of investors regarding online trading, and age and awareness of investors regarding online banking and there is no relationship between the income level as well as Gender and awareness of investors regarding online trading and online banking.

Abstract : કૂર્મપુરાણમાં ત્રણેય દેવોનું જે રીતે મહત્વ પ્રસ્થાપિત કરવામાં આવેલ છે તેના નિરૂપણ દ્વારા અત્યારે આપણા સમાજમાં ધર્મના નામે પડી રહેલા ફાંટાઓને બદલે દરેક દેવ અંતે તો એક જ છે તે વાત ત્રિદેવ ઐક્ય દ્વારા પ્રસ્થાપિત કરવામાં આવેલ છે. કૂર્મપુરાણ એક એવું પુરાણ છે કે જેમાં દરેક દેવની પોતપોતાની મહત્તા સિદ્ધ કરે છે અને એક દેવને કાર્ય સિદ્ધિ માટે બીજા દેવની પણ જરૂર પડે છે તેનું નિરૂપણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તે દ્વારા મનુષ્ય પણ એકતાથી કાર્ય સિદ્ધિ પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકે છે તે વિશે સમજ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. કૂર્મપુરાણમાં ઉત્તર વિભાગના અધ્યાય ૧ થી ૧૧ સુધી ઈશ્વરગીતા એ વિષય વણી લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. માનવમાત્રને ઉદ્ભવતો એક પ્રશ્ન છે કે આ જીવ શું છે ?આત્મા શું છે ? આત્મપ્રાપ્તિ કયા સાધનો દ્વારા પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકાય? આ પ્રશ્નનો ઉત્તર  કૂર્મપુરાણમાં ઈશ્વરગીતામાં ખૂબ જ અસરકારક રીતે નિરૂપણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. અહીં યોગની મહત્તા પ્રતિપાદિત કરીને જનસામાન્યને યોગ માટે પ્રેરિત કરવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેમાં યોગથી જ્ઞાન ઉત્પન્ન થાય છે અને જ્ઞાનથી યોગ પ્રવર્તિત થાય છે. યોગ અને જ્ઞાનથી સંપન્ન વ્યક્તિ ઉપર મહેશ્વર પ્રસન્ન થાય છે  તેમ કહી યોગની મનુષ્યના જીવનમાં મહત્તા સિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવી છે. કૂર્મપુરાણમાં ઈશ્વરગીતામાં આત્મા એટલે શું? આત્મ પ્રાપ્તિ માટેના સાધનો કયા? સાંખ્ય અને યોગ વચ્ચેનો અભેદ, અષ્ટાંગ યોગ,  પાશુપત યોગ વગેરેનું નિરૂપણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેમાં અષ્ટાંગ યોગ દ્વારા યોગના આઠ સાધનોનું વર્ણન કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેના દ્વારા પ્રાણાયામ, ધ્યાન, પ્રત્યાહાર, ધારણા, સમાધિ, યમ, નિયમ ,આસન  વિશે વિગતે સમજ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. જેથી યોગના આઠ સાધનો વિશે જાણી વ્યક્તિ યથોચિત રીતે યોગ માટે પ્રવૃત્ત થઈ શકે અને આત્મોન્નતિ માટે પ્રયાસ સાધી શકે અને અંતમાં જીવને બંધન મુક્ત કરાવવા માટે પાશુપત યોગનું વર્ણન કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જે સંપૂર્ણ વેદાંતના સારરૂપ છે તથા બધા જ આશ્રમોની અવસ્થાઓથી ઉત્કૃષ્ટ અવસ્થા તરીકે શ્રુતિમાં પણ વર્ણવવામાં આવેલ છે. પશુપતિ યોગથી મનુષ્ય કઈ રીતે ઈશ્વરની સાધના કરવા વાળો સાનિધ્ય નામક મોક્ષ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે તે વિશે પણ નિરૂપણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આમ,  ઈશ્વરગીતા અને તેમાં પણ સાંખ્ય યોગ અભેદ, અષ્ટાંગ યોગ,  પાશુપત યોગના અધ્યયન દ્વારા મનુષ્ય કઈ રીતે આત્મોન્નતિ પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકે તે વિશે સમજ કેળવવાનો અહીં પ્રયત્ન કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

Abstract : શ્રીમદ્ ભાગવત મહાપુરાણમાં મુક્તિ વિષયક ખ્યાલ એ વિષય ઘણા સ્થળોએ વણી લેવામાં આવ્યો છે. માનવજીવનનું અથવા તો જીવમાત્રનુ અંતિમ લક્ષ્ય મોક્ષપ્રાપ્તિ છે. મોક્ષ એટલે મુક્તિ આ મુક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે મનુષ્ય કયા કયા પ્રયત્નો કરી શકે ? શ્રીમદ્ ભાગવત મહાપુરાણમાં મુક્તિ વિષયક ખ્યાલ સ્પષ્ટ કરતા જણાવાયું છે કે જીવમાત્ર મુક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે જ્ઞાનયોગ,કર્મયોગ, ભક્તિ આ ત્રણ માંથી કોઈ પણ રસ્તો સ્વીકારીને પોતે મુક્તિ મેળવવા માટે પ્રયત્ન સાધી શકે છે. કર્મ અને તેના ફળથી વિરક્ત થઈ જ્ઞાનનો માર્ગ અપનાવી દુઃખ બુદ્ધિથી વિરક્ત થયા હોય તેવા મનુષ્ય જ્ઞાનયોગથી મુક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે. જે કર્મફળમાં આસક્ત થયા વિના નિષ્કામ કર્મ કર્યા કરે છે, તે કર્મયોગ દ્વારા મુક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે. જે પોતાના સઘળાં કર્મો ઈશ્વરાર્પણ કરી દે છે અને ઈશ્વર સાથે સામીપ્ય પ્રાપ્ત કરી પ્રકૃતિના દરેક તત્વમાં ઈશ્વરને જ જુએ છે તે પોતાની ઈશ્વર પ્રત્યેની શ્રદ્ધાથી પોતાની જાતને ઈશ્વરાર્પણ કરી દઈ ભક્તિયોગ દ્વારા મુક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત કરે છે. આમ પ્રસ્તુત શોધમાં મનુષ્યમાત્રને મુક્તિ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે સૌપ્રથમ તો મુક્તિ એટલે શું? મુક્તિ ના પ્રકારો કયા? મુક્તિ કઈ રીતે પ્રાપ્ત કરી શકાય? તે વિષયમાં શ્રીમદ્ ભાગવત મહાપુરાણના વિચારો એકત્રિત કરીને જીવમાત્રના અંતિમ લક્ષ્ય મુક્તિ વિષયક સમજ કેળવવાનો અહીં પ્રયત્ન કરવામાં આવ્યો છે.

Understanding the sheer volume of time and the type of activities college students use social networking sites is crucial for higher education administration. We have begun to examine impacts on students’ well-being empirically and have found some preliminary results that call for more research. They find that social media is not the problem– the problem is the specific use and purpose of social media activities that make the difference. Further research could be conducted to examine social media's effect on students' feelings and academic success.

Title : Digital Transformation of Legal Libraries: High Courts in India and the Future of Information Access

Abstract : Access to legal research and information is changing as a result of the digital transformation of legal libraries, especially in India's High Courts. This essay examines the continuous transition from conventional physical libraries to digital platforms, which is fuelled by technological developments like online databases and artificial intelligence. It looks at the advantages and disadvantages of digitalization as it relates to legal practitioners, judicial procedures, and legal education. The paper analyzes major obstacles, such as opposition to change and technological constraints, through case studies of Indian High Court libraries. The changing role of legal librarians and the need for new policy frameworks to facilitate this change are also covered in the paper. Finally, by promoting best practices to improve the effectiveness and equity of India's legal system, the study provides insights into the future of legal information access.

Title : “Crafting Brand Equity: The Role of Image, Loyalty,  And Awareness”

Abstract : The study wishes to investigate the relationship between brand loyalty and brand image and brand equity, with brand recognition functioning as a mediating factor. Data were gathered using a straightforward random sampling method, with surveys administered to the general public and college and university students. The study employs a quantitative design, utilizing non-probability and suitability selection with a sample size of 390 participants. The outcomes display that there is a significant and positive correlation between brand image and brand awareness. In addition, both brand loyalty and brand image are strongly linked to brand equity, with brand recognition functioning as a mediator between brand image and brand equity. These findings offer marketers with insightful information on how to improve customer satisfaction and concentrate on meeting customer needs in order to obtain a competitive edge.

Title : Structural and Photoluminescence Properties of a new Up-Conversion Phosphor CdO: Yb3+, Er3+

Abstract : A new up-conversion phosphor Cadmium Oxide (CdO) doped with rare earth elements (Yb and Er) has been synthesized by a simple precipitation method at room temperature using Cadmium Chloride (CdCl2), Yb2O3 and Er2O3 as a precursors. Samples have been prepared with different concentrations of Erbium. The precipitates of synthesized material are reddish brown in color. The samples were structural characterized using XRD, SEM and EDAX. The structure of material including d-spacing and crystallite size was analyzed using the XRD data. EDAX analysis confirms the presence of the elements. SEM images show coarse grains with a few rod like structures. Photoluminescence spectra exhibit a sharp narrow emission band between 626 – 630 nm under the excitation of a 980 nm laser diode (near infrared) corresponding to 4I9/2 → 4I15/2 transition of Er3+ ions. Chromaticity diagram confirms the color of emission in red region. The samples were explored for application in Dye Sensitized Solar Cell.

Title : Review on Benzothiazole based Schiff base derivatives as anticancer agent

Abstract : Benzothiazole (BTA) Schiff base play important role in development in medicinal chemistry due to its biological activity such as anticancer, anti-viral, antibacterial, anti-diabatic, anti-convulsant, anti-fungal, antimalarial and many more. Schiff base compounds usually synthesized from a condensation reaction between a primary amine and a carbonyl. In this review an extensive literature survey over the few last year discloses the importance of BTA based Schiff base derivatives mainly as anticancer agent. Such compounds show great effectiveness on cancer cell line when screened for anticancer activity against various cancer cell line such as Hep-G2(hepatoma), MCF—7(breast), A498(kidney) and A549(lungs cancer cell lines) among others.

Title : Investigating Libraries' Anti-Corruption Best Practices

Abstract : In an era marked by increased concerns about corruption's damaging effects on politics and society, libraries have emerged as possible partners in the battle against corruption. This study investigates the most effective strategies libraries use to combat corruption. This research examines the strategies libraries employ to promote integrity, accountability, and transparency within their communities and institutions. It is based on a thorough evaluation of the literature and an examination of actual data. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, such as surveys, case studies, and interviews, significant insights are acquired on the roles libraries play in encouraging ethical conduct and information access. The findings underscore the need for proactive measures including information literacy campaigns, collection development tactics, and collaboration with anti-corruption groups. This report also explains the challenges libraries face in their anti-corruption efforts and offers recommendations for enhancing their efficacy. Ultimately, this research contributes to the growing body of information about the connection between government, corruption, and libraries. Additionally, it offers helpful information to academics, professionals, and decision-makers who support integrity and good governance worldwide.

Abstract : रामधारी सिंह दिनकर हिंदी साहित्य के प्रमुख कवियों में से एक थे, जिनकी कविताओं में राष्ट्रवाद का गहन और प्रभावशाली चित्रण मिलता है। यह शोध पत्र दिनकर की कविताओं में राष्ट्रवादी विचारधारा का विश्लेषण करता है, जो स्वतंत्रता संग्राम और सामाजिक न्याय के संघर्षों से प्रेरित थी। दिनकर की कविताएँ न केवल भारतीय स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन की आवाज़ बनीं, बल्कि उन्होंने समाज में व्याप्त असमानताओं और अन्याय के खिलाफ भी अपने विचार प्रकट किए।

दिनकर की प्रमुख कृतियाँ जैसे 'रश्मिरथी', 'कुरुक्षेत्र', और 'हुंकार' में राष्ट्रवाद के विभिन्न पहलुओं का अन्वेषण किया गया है। 'कुरुक्षेत्र' में महाभारत के युद्ध को आधुनिक संदर्भ में प्रस्तुत किया गया है, जो स्वतंत्रता संग्राम की चुनौतियों और संघर्षों का प्रतीक है। उनकी कविताओं में भाषा और शैली का विशिष्ट उपयोग, राष्ट्रवादी भावनाओं को प्रकट करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।
